Tuesday's Album You Can't Live Without

Landing the job for scoring all music for the Farrelly Brothers' film "Me, Myself & Irene" (starring Jim Carrey & Renee Zelwegger circa 2000), this New Jersey-ian began making a name for himself.  With hits from the movie "Strange Condition" and "Just Another" Pete Yorn's first album "Musicforthemorningafter" gained gold status (selling more than 500,000 records).  Not bad for a first album!  This album is great from beginning to end and is one you should always have with you on a road trip. Even before I was a California resident, this album would have me dreaming of the Pacific Coast and the bendy highway 1, driving with the top down on some old convertible.  This is one of my  favorite summer albums (and works for other seasons as well) to date.  Pete has that softer-rock side that would appeal to just about any audience and any age.  So put your top down (clothing or motor vehicle) and blast this chilled out rocker's tunes.  Below are two of my favorites from Musicforthemorningafter, "Strange Condition" and "EZ."
