Alesha Dixon is Turning Up the Radio - Live!

Two things about Alesha Dixon's performance from the 5:19 Show.  One, she sounds incredible live - no lip-syncing here.  And two, always have back up vocalists who sound worse than you - she needs to replace these guys because they almost ruined Radio for me.
